Earl Gym Wear will accept returns and offer refunds if the item has not been worn and is in the same condition it has been delivered in.  Any item to  be returned/refunded should be made known to Earl Gym Wear by telephone within 72 hours of receipt.  Unless the goods are faulty postage charges will not be reimbursed.  Faulty goods will be replaced.  All statutory rights remain unaffected.

Any item that has been personalised can not be refunded.

Delivery - all our items are posted by Recorded Delivery which ensures the item is insured and can be tracked.  For any returns we ask that you also return via Recorded Delivery as if it is not and the item that is posted and not delivered to us it will not be refunded.  If any customer chooses to have their item posted by normal post (ie not Recorded Delivery) Earl Gym Wear will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive at their desination, nor will we make enquiries on your behalf for the missing parcel.
